a kid down the streetfrom me has an lt250 he bought for like 500$ in decent condition but i think there is somthing deffinetly wrong with it. it doenst have any torque, i cant wheelie it almost at all and my 400ex will beat it in a straight drag until he catches up on top speed. i think it needs new gaskets and a top end rebuild, u guys have any other opinions.

well i have both a 400ex and a lt250r and the first thing i did was drag them, and to my own surpirse my stock 400ex edged it out in every gear, but being that the 400 had bran new tires and the LT had warn down ones, i think for sure the LT wound of eat it alive if it had good tires...but you can just tell witch one has more power as soon as u swithc from bike to bike the Lt has way more punch.

I've beaten an LT265R with a hi-comp piston and an FMF pipe, about 6 consecutive times up a q-mile airstrip. This guy has beaten banshees and everything else, and I beat the crap out of him. Theres nothing wrong with his bike.... Be afraid... Be very afraid...
