my 250x dosent have a rev limiter and when i race sometimes i dont feel like im ready to shift and when i rev it high it feels like the motors about to blow but its fine but is there a rev limiter i can buy that wont cut my horse power?

and im not sure how many RPMS the 250x has but lets say it has 8000 well will the limiter at least let me get to 7000-7500??? (i hope that made sense)

 

Stock is like 9100 I think. The after market ones for the 300ex go to 9900, I think. Maybe that will work. Or just run it.
