I just saw on the Kawasaki site that starting in the 2005 Supercross Season, Bubba will be on a KX250 for Team Chevy Trucks Kawasaki. With Carmichael going to Suzuki after he wraps up the 2004 Motocross Championship[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img](knock on wood), who have we got to compete in the 250 class? After Bubba leaves the 125 ranks, I think Nate-Dawg can take care of himself. Let's face it, Windham just isn't stepping it up. Is Honda going to be satisfied with a losing reputation in the 250s after all the success with Ricky or are there any secret signing rumors floating about?

 

Not sure.. I love honda bikes, but i've heard they've been real buttholes about signing people and that is why carmichael is leaving honda for suzuki!! I hope stewart does well he's one BADASS rider!!!

Windham not stepping up?? Yeah right. Its his mental game that holds him back. When his mental game was on last SX season, he was turning laps right with Reed. We will see what kind of rider Bubba is when he gets in the 250 class. Carmichael is too good, and last sx race Bubba actually got challenged by anyone for the lead, he crashed. The pressure of trying to run with Charmichael, Windham, Reed, and possible even McGrath if he is really coming back, will all be too much for him. I could see him in the top 3 in points but definitely wont be taking the title, right now Charmichael is unbeatable.

Everybody else is more or less signed on. What's this about McGrath possibly returning? Windham is a great rider, don't get me wrong, but to compete with Reed, RC, Pastrana and now Bubba, it won't work at the level he's riding at right now. The only reason, in my honest opinion, that he shined last season was because RC was hurt and who else was there to really compete with on a race-to-race basis besides Reed?

 

All Mcgrath is gonna do is tarnish a great career if he comes back. I wanna see Bubba race RC. Was Bubba under contract too run 125's this year? I do not understand why he did'nt step up too the upper class too run with the bog boys.....not too mention really get paid.

 

i think on a 250 stewart might be able to beat rc cause last year at unadilla they let the 125 n 250 class go out n practice toghether n stewart was all over rc n he was only on a 125 but i still hope rc kicks *** do u guys think that after rc rides suzuki for the length of his contract honda will smartin up n give him what he wants so he'll come back?

 

I will have my bets placed on bubba. If anyone can recall, Bubba fell on the holeshot, was in dead last, and then got first! He is incredible.
