Hey guys and gals, need a little help.

I have been researching the quad market and so far like the Honda FourTrax rancher AT with traxlock the best. I just dont like the price. I found a website called www.wilson-quads-shop.com and he is out of London England and says his qauds are the same that you would buy in the states and can be registered in Washington State and they also come with a 1 year factory warranty. He sells a 2004 rancher for 3699.00 us dollars. Way below what i have found so far in the states. I am very hessitant to purchase from this site but everything looks legit. He ask's that you send half the money up front and half when you receive the quad. Can anyone give me any insite to this and if anyone has experience buying from over seas. Thanks

 

i heard of that place. i think it is a scam. there is no way they could sell for that low. besides, if you got it for that price it will prob cost the differece to ship it to the states. and how can he give a full year warranty when honda gives 6months? Honda makes a special deal for him only? bullcrap!
The honda care plan is the only way you can get longer warranty (thats worth anything) from Honda.

I checked out the site and man his quads are cheap. I think I'll order some raptors and both 450's. I can get someone else something to.

I wonder if anyone has ever actually purchased a quad from there?

 

After all of your words of wisdom, i wrote the guy an e-mail and called him on the scam he wrote and I quote " your one of the smart ones" end of quote.

I wish there was something we could do about this guy so our future wheelers dont get burned buy him......

 

The fax numbers are from Paris, KY. and Venice, Florida. Where did he get London England? I wonder how many people fall for these scams?

 

Why do people fall for this? Why would they sell them so cheap unless their not really selling them. Just a scam. Find a dealer in the U.S.A.
