I'm not sure which one to get for my stock 400EX, ITP Sandstar,Kenda Dunerunner, or Skat-Trak Mohawk? I like to do everything at the dunes from, Hillclimbing to trailriding. I need a good turning tire and one that has good floatation. I have Haulers in the back so all it wants to do is go straight with the stock fronts. I like my Haulers for hillclimbing but they aren't too good for tight trails. I'm going to mount them on the ITP T-9's and They're all about the same price so that's not an issue. Please no argueing which is better just say which one you like for the 400EX.

dunerunners are too heavy imo but they do work good and so do sandstars but i have no experience with mohawks

 

I have sand stars on my 450 and they have very good floation and turn real good to

 

Ive tried All of those and more. Buy buffed mowhalks, by far the best dam tire. You bike will turn so much faster and with no plowing

 

In the sand, you want to be LIGHT, and that is the Mohawk.

 

How come alot of people like the sandstar better? I'm not being rude I'm just curious if you might know why.

 

cause there cheep and some peaple havnt tried crap but think they know every thing. Kids.
