Hi all. I bought an HRC kit without the cam for my 450R. So I got everything in the HRC kit except the cam. I put everything on and I've been running it for a couple days and it seems to be running rich with the 185 main and HRC needle in the reccomended 3rd possition. There's quite a bit of carbon build up on the tip of the end cap and seems to hessitate slightly at high RPM but before the rev limiter comes in. I think I'm gonna try a 175 main with the needle in the second possition. What do you guys think?

Also, when you guys installed your HRC kit did you leave the stock pilot jet alone or change it? What about fuel screw adjustment? My 450R seems to run fine at idle to quarter throttle but I was wondering if you tuned the fuel screw and/or changed pilot jet? thanks.
