which atv should i get i need to know by wed i do all trail rididng and ocasional snow riding i always liked hondas but this new predator look awesome so tell me which is better come on i need to know

 

well i dont beleive the 05 preds have came out so if it were my choice id get the trx

 

Well the new predators are seem like they are supposed to be pretty bad and they have reverse. The 450r is so light that turning it around is no problem. I've had mine about a month and i love it, but i think i'm goin to change out the sprocket for woods riding.

 

the 400 ex had lot better traction than the predators i rode with, except for top end speed the 440 honda worked the predators i rode with.

 

Even if the 05 Predator had come out i will still get the 450r.

 

Dude we rode last weekend, the 450R was hands down the king of the $h!t. It smoked everything. If you can hang on and stay on the plasticsideup, it will do anything you ask it to.

I've ridden both, and they have a different power curve and hit.

450R is the more torquey of the 2, but it doesn't rev as hard or as high.

Predator is much more 2 stroke like and want to rev to the moon.

Both have good handling, it comes down to the terrain you're on whether tight woods or open dunes.

Can't go wrong either way.

No dude, Sandmans right! The Predators have awsome power but they lose a lot of traction on gravel roads and other loose surfaces. I can run with my buddies 04 Pred on gravel but on asphalt, when I hit 4th he's GONE!
