do i need to adjust this my front wheels kinda look like this ............... | \ lol the left is almost str8 up and down the right is a lil slanted to the left and what dose this do besides make it look totaly awesome?

 

If the tires point in or out at the front, that is toe, and you can set that with the tie rod ends. If you are talking the top of the tire leaning in or out, that is camber, and unless you have adjustable ball joints, which the 250x does not, sounds like you have a worn out ball joint and need to replace it.
