Well i just got a 300ex a few months back and been wanting to get some things for it. I finally got the money what should i get? A pipe and jet kit or skid plate, nerf bars, and etc.

 

Get a pipe and jet kit unless you are riding on some really rocky roads then get a skid to protect the frame. new tires will also improve handling. the stock tires tend to make the bike go up on 2 wheels. I have head that the supertrapp isd2 is a good pipe for the 300ex. take a look at my site to see what we did to a 300ex it is now a crazy 405cc that runs on 114 octance

pipe, airfilter, jet kit first
then go with the skid plates. but dont go rocky or exploring without skids

 

i have a yoshimura pipe and it is great.

The FmF Mega Max II is a nice pipe. Its about $250 for the pipe/header. My brother has the Mega Max on his 300ex, its a nice pipe.
