Just rebuilt with stock carb, stage 2 hot cam, mild port job, White bros Eseries.


Currently 2 sizes bigger pilot, needle raised one notch, and a 180 main... please help, do not want to blow it up again!! Need info for airbox lid on/off.

 

why did it blow up in the first place? the key is to change the oil often and clean the filter regularly. with those mods i would try a keihin 158-160 mainjet, 4 needle clip position, 42 pilot jet, 3 turns out from lightly seated on the fuel screw with the air box lid on. with the air box lid off, i would just put in a 160-162.
