4x4 or racer?

Default 4x4 or racer?

i have a honda recon 250 would this be considered a muddin quad or a racer if you guys could help me out thanks.

Well a recon only comes as a 2wd so it wouldnt be a 4x4. its the utility brother to the 250ex, so its not really a sport quad either. I would call it a utility or a cruiser.

Honda calls the recon a sport-utility, which makes sense to me. It has the driving properties of a 250ex, and the versatility and mudding capabilities of a utility. It's just a great all-around quad.

Not sure what you title means? The Recon is not a 4X4, and it certainly isn't a racer.

I don't think of any 2X4 as a mud machine. I do think the little Recon is sporty enough to be truthfully called a sport/ute. On the other hand, it is a real laugher for them to call a lot of those huge hulking utes (that are 200+ lbs. heavier than the Recon) "sport/utilities"!

its a 2 wheel drive quad .that you can have fun on the trails with but also can be used for utility stuff.
