I have my lights mounted between the stock headlights. You could also mount them on top of the rack. As for the wiring, what kind of wiring did it come with? If you tell me what you have I can explain how to wire it up.

You can't use any kind of wire. Try to get the closest to what came with the kit, probably 12 gauge stranded copper. Just wire the black wire of the lights to the frame for ground, and the white wire to a fuse, switch, and battery. put the fuse as close to the battery as you can. A 7.5 or 10 amp fuse is good if the kit didn't come with any, but it is important to use a fuse if you don't want to start a fire.

You won't have any problems wiring the black wire of the lights directly to the frame, it saves you wire because the frame is grounded, and will do the same thing as attaching the black wire of the lights to the battery. There are a few problems with wiring your new lights with the factory lights. The first problem is that the stock wiring can't handle the current flowing through 4 lights at once, and if you wired it into stock lights you would only have your new lights turned on with the high beams, or the low beams, but not both. Another problem I have run into is that the battery can go dead if you have too many lights running for too long, so it's good to have them on a seperate switch so you can use them when you need them only. I wired my lights to a switch, which I put in the pop-out panel on the dash.
