Does anyone know what the loudest, quietest, and most powerful exhaust systems are for the 300ex? Is biggun the only company to make one where you can change how loud you want it by there vortex insert? Also, to cut out the baffles on a stock silencer, you cut it directly in half and then cut around the baffle and weld silencer back together?

 

First thing that has to go on the 300 is the header. That stock one is pathetic! I ran an FMF hi-flow header and PowerCoreIV muffler with spark arrestor screen, and vented airbox lid. With a quiet core it sounds good, but is not unreasonably loud.
