hey guys,
my buddy recently bought a yfz450 and this past weekend was the first time we got to see how the thing performed. as u can see in my sig i have a few mods on my 400 and thought id give it a try and race him. the first race was on a rode about 3 miles long but the actual race was mayb 3/4 a mile. i had him up until 4th gear where it became dead even, then once we both got into 5th he slowly pulled away from me. by the finish line a friend who was waiting there said he had mayb 2 quad lengths on me. his yfz was stock by the way. i jsut figured hed blow me away from what iv been hearing about these yfz's. next time we go upstate ill get a racve on film for you guys. also, i have to put back on my stock pipe because iv been getting a lot of complaints of how loud my quad is. i dont want to have bad blood between my neighbors upstate so i figure id jsut put bakc on the stock pipe... how much power am i going to loose? also... if you guys no of any other mods besides boring please let me know, because i dont wanna be beaten to bad by the yfz lol thanks

Sounds like your 400 does pretty good. Unfortunately all your friend has to do is very minor mods and he will be way out front.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
