rebuilding 300ex and i need crank bearings
Hello all,
I am rebuilding a 300ex with a big bore kit. I called the honda dealership and they said to get a timing gear and crank bearings I would have to buy a new crank for $350?? is that correct? and if so, where else can i get them. I also need a new valvetrain and I need some advice on where to get it.
the honda dealership wanted over $300 for the valves, springs, and retainers.
now this is the first time I have rebuilt an ATV engine but this stuff seems rediculously priced.
any advice??
