The FMF-Q will come in under 92 decibels and although it is not the best for top end power it has good bottom end and midrange.

You could use the PowerBomb with the Q.

I have PowerBomb headers and the FMF Factory 4, Ti 4, and PowerCore IV on my 450, Z, and 400EX, respectively. All are at around 96dB with quiet cores and spark arrestor screens, but a lot of people would say that is still pretty loud.

Dirt Wheels Magazine tested the White Brothers E-Series pipe and it was around 95db. They are supposed to be good pipes. I believe that most aftermarket pipes are around the db level that you suggested.

polarsport500-We use the FMF-Q with the powerbomb header on my wifes 440 ex and we have had it tested at the dunes and it came in at 92 decibels.
