i finally admire and respect your entrepreneurial spirit! glad to see someone had the courage to make a buck off of one of my many great ideas. i'll see you in FBK. i have to much respect for the Honda forum to do to it, what we did to the Tralier forum!

hey Gimp, or anyone else, what's the deal with the extra tubes and the little vacuum diaphram on the carb?? does this affect cold running operation?
I cleaned carb tonight, but it seemed pretty clean already. airbox was filthy so i cleaned that and air cleaner.
cleaned the XR70 carb, and now cold start, idle and running is perfect. there was some definite crud in there.
my Recon pretty much freewheels on downhill grade in 1st gear. I really need to get a repair manual. is a clutch adjustment going to help this, or do i need to replace the one-way bearing in clutch? while I'm at it, does it make sense to replace any other clutch related components?
okay, and the plug you recommended should have a "-9" ??
Thanks. And please be patient with me, i'm learning this machine. I'll be an expert in the end tho!
