A freinds '05 Rincon was stolen this past weekend. It had GPS on it. is there someone he can call to have it tracked down?

The GPS on there is a receiver only if I recall. Can't track it. Some upper scale auto alarm systems can track the vehicle because it transmits it's location.

Bummer on the loss.

 

Yeah, I really feel for him, it only had 5 hours on it.

 

Hope he had insurance. In this day and age, you'd be nuts not to.

 

He did have insurance, i just dont want the bastard(s) to get away with it.
I cant stand anything more than people who steal.

 

i dont know what id do if someone stole my recon. probably kill them. maybe call around to dealers, sometimes people will bring in stolen quads to be serviced or fixed. who knows, if your atheif you can be the britest one.

 

Whatever you do ALWAYS file a police report. Makes it a lot easier to recover if found.
