I just installed a 310 kit on my 87R and I need advise on jetting. It also has a trx6 pipe, mid/top port, esr cool head with 19 cc dome, boyeson c/f reeds, k&n w/o lid, and 36mm keihn carb. Current jets are 175 main and 50 pilot. Did some plug chops and the plug is cardboard color, but it sputters at wot in 6th, like its gasping for air/fuel. I have the needle at the 5th (bottom) position and the air screw 1.5 turns out. I just broke it in and it seems to lack bottom end but screams once it revs out. Any tips? Thanks.
