Powercore IV or the -2, E-Series, or the Big Gun. Sure is hard to decide which one to get. which one is the quietest? 2. do they come with a spart arrester? 3. one the most important would be the cost factor. I think all 3 are real close to one another as far as horsepower goes, which one is good for bottom to mid power? I've checked out that Honda decible test from OOhva, but it was hard to understand. any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I don't really need to get a headache everytime i ride but i would like more power. Thanks in advance.

Also, how do each one muffle the sound?

Thanks

We put a Big Gun on my friends 400EX about 3 weeks ago.It is a lot louder. As in the power aera aftering rejeting. No big thrill.Just more noise. We made more power cheaper by putting a pistion in.

I had a 2000 400EX and I installed the FMF Powercore IV silencer with the Dynojet kit and a K&N filter and it dramatically increased bottom end horsepower. Through the first 4 gears it could pull about three to four quad lengths on a stock Banshee, which is impressive. In a drag race up to about 200 yards I could beat a stock Banshee every time but lengthen the drag and the top end of the screamer would catch and pass me.

I would go with the e-series pro meg. that's what i got on mine. sure it's loud but it sounds sweet. With a dynojet kit and k&n filter bottom and mid-range is improved dramatically.
