SO..... does any Rubicon owner have that horsepower rating on their ownership certificate? My 400ex certificate actually states 27 HP, which leads me to believe that it's measured at the rear wheels (at least how WI requies the manufacturer to report it).

 

Just a bit of info. On the dyno runs I have seen the new 260HP rated Mustangs are 217 at the rear wheels. 305HP rated Z28 is 282 at the rear wheels. From what I have heard on some of the cars the actual crank horsepower is conservatively rated for insurance reasons. Dave
