Default Making a monster!!

It's bad I know it. I just ordered my wife the 350 top end for her R for christmas. She was only .1 behind my Banshee with her 330 already. I love her and this is what she wanted, so I will just have to deal with it I guess. She sure does like whipping up on the guys and this will just help make it easier. You guys at Little Sahara watch out for her next year!

ESR originally did the 330, it was a TRX-9 port job. After running it for awhile and at the first freshen up I redid the porting. It has the same specs as the TRX-11 porting with the exception that I staggered the transfer timing for a wider power spread. Lots of bottom end grunt and a screaming top end. If I had another bike I would put it on it. I am going to sell the whole top end kit. It will have the cylinder, spacer plate, piston (used and I would suggest new rings), the black anodized head with both race gas chambers, and even a billet ESR reedcage with a good set of reeds on it. It is on standard bore and is the bolt on kit. I was going to put it on e-bay and see what happened. If anyone wants to shoot me an offer go for it. I have an idea on what I want for it. The new 350 is supposed to ship out by next Monday and I should have her old top end off by the end of next week or next weekend.

That's sweet man! I had an R...once....Fast as hell, them things sure had the go fast potential in em. Unfortunatly, it didn't suit my style of riding very well the way I had it set up. Have fun with it!

Hard to say for sure. We put this kit on last year and this is piston #3. I put it in around July or Aug I'm sure. I was getting it ready for sandfest in Sept. Other than that and some 300ft dirt racing it hasnt been out riding around. It has about 6-8 race days on it I'm guessing. It is still the standard bore size. I just did a touch hone on #2 and put it together and we only took 1/4 thousandth to clean it up. Considering what the ESR reedcages sell for it will be very reasonable.

I had one of the petals come loose on the ESR cage and it tried to munch the end of it. I bought her one of the G-3 cages and since then have bought a replacement petal for the ESR cage. I also have a v-force cage too. I figured I will throw that in for someone so the deal would be better. The ESR cage was on the bike when we got it 2 years ago. If I had to have bought it the cage wouldn't be included with the cylinder.

Yep, that's it. That's probably the reason I dont have the v-force on it now. William at DIR racing (the G-3's) has been fantastic. They built a preloader for her reeds and sent a couple of different designs. He wanted to get the best perfromance and the longest reliability we could get. They will talk to you and work with you until you are satisfied.
