To me the 02 looks better than the 05. The 05 looks just like another ruby to me..mine is a 04 model. Yellow with an ITP bigfoot kit, type 5 wheels and 26inch mudlites. Aluminum skidplates full length and cv protectors are aluminum also..It looks like a little jeep to me and performs like one as well. I just prefer the look over the new ones, just like I prefer the look of last years mustang to the new changes of old, this year! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder!

 

I myself like the "Ricon like" styling. IMO they lood more rugged.

I'd say I like the 05 too, in with the new out with the old. But I think they have too many 500's now that they bumped the 450 up to a 500. I wish they had that many choices of Rincon's or else I'd switch to a Honda. Just don't like the 3 speed tranny with no low.

 

My buddy bought a new 04 Foreman Rubicon 500 with the automatic transmission, full time four wheel drive weekend before last. ITs a ball of fire, flat runs off and leaves my 04 Foreman S model with a performance kit. He is stone stock. We rode sunday and came out on a paved road for about 1/4 mile and everyone cut them loose. I only reached 42 mph, and he left me like I was tied..HE said his hit 55mph and was climbing steady when he let off. The extra 50cc and I guess maybe the gearing sure makes a large difference in the two.
