I am new to ATV'ing so you will have to excuse my ignorance.
I have a '95 250 Trailblazer and I just recently bought a 400EX. After riding both (never at the same time) I can't even imagine the 250 hanging with the 400 The differnece between these two rides is substantial. Am I missing something?

 

no joke mine will hang with my buddies 400ex!the trailblazer stock is a joke but when you mod them they respond extremely well.infact a guy i know can get 65hp out of these 250s.when you add reed cages to these suckers it really wakes them up!

 

King O Bs, that is what you shall be known as from now forward. I speak from experience with many Polaris's. They will give a 400ex with similar mods a run for their money every time. There is no way he only gained .5 lenghts when your front raised, then you claim to have pulled him through the remaining gears.HAHAHA, yeah Ok.
Look the only way this is possible is if your imaginary friend does not have a freakin clue how to ride. All he has to do is hold the throttle wide open with the brake on, the minute the brake is released he will stay with you if not holeshot you. If you were to do this your 400 would raise up like a mother unless you have an extended swinger or weigh a bunch and sit on the tank.

I usually dont go into these boards much due to the level of BS that runs rampant. Kings post seems to be the norm over here anymore. At one time useful info could be found, but those people have seemed to tire of the BS and kids. Hopefully some sort of morals will come to these young and immature individuals. Then maybe these boards will again become fun and full of useful info.

This is not directed at all who post here just those that it fits. You all know who you are. And your all the ones that will try to berate my post.

i got a 400ex and i got a power kit for it and a k&n filter and i can smoke a scrammy 400 w/pipe so i dunno i guess it varies depending on the mods..

 

I doubt a lot of these guys have any experience with 2-strokes. They don't get the potential of the engines. Not calling anybody a liar, but I wouldn't put Polaris down too much. Because that 400 can be made FAST for drags! And that's not exactly where the 400ex shines.

 

I don't know how fast THAT Scrammy is suppose to be with the mods he has listed but I don't think its built enough to be calling King a liar................Were you there? I know stock a Scrammy ain't no match for a 400EX. As for 400EXs not being drag racers...........that may be true but not without exception. If there's one thing I've learned while drag racing my 400EX it's that not everyone is a good drag racer..............[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]
