fixing up old 250 utility
#1
I've aquired an 85 Honda 250 utility fourwheeler that needs a little work. The motor runs fine, but it shifts a little rough. The kingpin bushings are really worn out, as is a tie rod in.
How hard are these bushings to replace?
Once I get the bushings fixed, a new tie rod end, wheel bearings and tires all the way around it will be ready to go. I'm fixing it up so anyone that wants to ride but doesn't have a ride can have some fun too.

One of my friends has an old Honda 250 that had all those same problems. When he got his new 300, he gave the 250 to his dad. When his dad got it he started changing all those bushings and crap. Everything was pretty easy except the kingpin, it was stuck in there tight. They tried for ever, and a thousand different ways to get it out before anything ever happened. As far as I know that was the only real hard thing to get changed, unless you aren't mecahnically inclined. Sorry this post it poorly written, but I'm suffering from a bad case of brain loss from to much Calculus and University Physics for one day.
