boy does my 250ES start nice after vavle adjustment. also, air filter is nice and clean, and so is spark plug, and carb. But i did everything else before, and the valve adjustment and plug seemed to do the trick. I don't choke it, and when i do, i find it doesn't help, I'm better off letting it warm up with no choke, or maybe 1/4 choke. just seems to like to warm up on it's own.
