Not trying to start a p1ss match, but why would you bore then resleeve?

If you don't choke it, don't expect it to start very well.

boy does my 250ES start nice after vavle adjustment. also, air filter is nice and clean, and so is spark plug, and carb. But i did everything else before, and the valve adjustment and plug seemed to do the trick. I don't choke it, and when i do, i find it doesn't help, I'm better off letting it warm up with no choke, or maybe 1/4 choke. just seems to like to warm up on it's own.
