Default Pro-tect SS swingarm skid

Anybody tried the Pro-tect Stainless Steel swingarm skidplate?

Default Pro-tect SS swingarm skid

Have 3 of them on the 400exs. They are worth the money. If you order one, ask them to weld an extra piece of stainless across the back where it mounts to the rear of the swingarm. It gives it even more strength so it doesn't bend around the "socket-like" mounts. Having aluminum now, you probably realize how it just bends around the mounting points.

They will do this mod for you for free.
