Heres some of the stuff i know will swap.

rims and tires

Im sure there is alot of other stuff that will work. u would have to find a way to compare or match up parts.

Are you Positive the A-arms will fit? Not doubting you but I don't want to buy a pair on ebay and not have them fit. Thanks. Also does anyone know how much width they add?

well if u can swap the shocks im sure the a arms are the same. since 400ex and 450r shocks use the same size bolts and are the same length. im willing to bet they are the same width as 400ex a arms. ur better off just gettin some wider a arms off of ebay. theres a ton of em there. Honda loves to use and reuse parts over and over and over. saves them money. less new parts to develop is a good thing.

For you 250x and 300ex owners if u put 400ex a arms on your machine it gives you a total of 2inches wider stance.(inch each side) Just dont forget youll need 400ex tie rods as well! Might need 400ex brakelines as well.

Actually after lookin a pics on ebay at stock 400ex and 450r a arms it appears that 450r a arms are a lil bit wider. maybe an inch more or so than 400ex a arms. Im pretty sure they will bolt right on though.

I have both A arms in the garage. They have a different gap between the 2 mounts. They will not swap. I need 400 a arms and don't have a set in my 450.

cool, atleast the shocks are compatable. how much better are the 450r shocks over the 400ex's? and all 3 are piggyback right?
