what is the best way to make 05' 250ex faster????? WITHOUT A BIG BORE.

 

start out with an air flow kit (jets, air filter, filter box vents, and exhaust..might try making some air scoops. just a thought) lol that'd be about it for the engine. what i would do after that, is get rid of the balloon tires, get some nerfs. get an axle. herrmann racing makes a arms for the 250ex now..then the shocks, handlebars and a bunch of little stuff

 

i've heard of ppl getting new cams, crankshafts, and a bigger carb..but i wouldnt know about that

they dont make all of the big bore kits, cams, carbs, and crankshafts for 250EX's.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

 

no, there is a bore kit for the 250, i would definately not reccommend it...i've only heard bad, but i've seen ppl that used 300ex carbs and such on they're 250's
