i've been thinking about getting some rear xcr's, but i would like to know are they worth it or should i get some different tires dont really want a heavy tire, but i know that they are 6-ply. any other suggestion will be appreciated. i ride mostly trails and dirt roads.

I'm currently running the Holeshot XCR's on the rear of my 400ex. They are a great tire. Very tough, puncture resistant, and one of the lightest 6-ply tires out. I would definatly recommend them for your type of riding. They improve handling dramatically over the stock tires and have great side bite and don't give you any spongy body-roll. I would also add that my razr's wore out much faster than these tires and I ride alot of dirt roads too. Definatly worth it!

Holeshot XCR's are in my opinion, the best all-around tire out. Low-Profile, 6-Ply, and light. Their VERY durable you have to run over a spike strip to try to pop em. They hook up very well and slide with confidence. Best tire out IMO.
