I've never broken a belt, but my belt was strong enuff to haul my friends brand new 400 EX out of the woods after an electrical meltdown. Every quad will break sooner or later, and I enjoy riding alongside any brand on the market.

what are all these yamaha lovers doin in here? if you hate honda that much you shouldn't be in a honda fourm! It looks like its a pretty cool quad. honda hasen't gave up in the sport market. im sure the'll have somthing to run with the raptor. yamaha hasn't come out with anything to run with the lakota or 250ex now have they?

i really dont tink that the rapter is anyting that special. for being such a great quad, it still gets beat to 30 mph by a scrambler 500 4x4, now im not a huge brand loyal person (i am going to try to get a 400ex this summer), but the scrambler 500 is a 600 lb. sport machine and the rapter is a 400 lb. high preformance quad with 160 more cc's. just my $.02
