Did you adjust the mixture screw at all? Try seating it and then backing it out about 3.5 turns. Your jetting sounds about right. What elevation are you at roughly?

Your ride is running lean. Does the headpipe just glow at low speeds putting around or only when you ride aggresive for a period of time. When the lid is on, does the headpipe turn red? How many turns out is your air/fuel screw (on cylinder side of carb)? Have you had the motor apart?

I would suggest that you edit your post as to spelling & punctuation to make it more understandable to those who want to help you.
If I understand you correctly, you say you've dropped the jet needle to the 4th position? That may well be part or all of the problem with your lean condition unless you ride at 2000' or higher. Raise the needle to the normal 3rd position, install a new plug, & to eliminate some guess work, do some testing/plug reading for the three jet circuits involved. That is, 3/4 to full throttle, 1/4 to 3/4 throttle, and idle to 1/4 throttle; each of these tests for at least a mile in any gear you wish. At the end of each test a plug read will tell you whether that circuit is lean or not. If you ride mostly at 1/4 to 3/4 throttle, that lean setting on the needle may be the culprit.

Hot_Shoe you got it wrong, lowering the clip (raising the needle) like Wicked said he did richens 1/4 to 3/4 throttle. Are those Keihin jet sizes? I believe stock pilot is 40 and main is 148. If you are having to run a 50 and 170 you will need to go more than one clip position and if you run out of positions you’ll need a shorter needle.

If glowing occurs while riding normally you should do the three plug readings to find the lean circuit. Just remember it is an air cooled engine: no air over the fins no cooling and you get a nice glow in the dark header.

a friend of mine said that you probably have too much back pressure on your pipe and that's why it's glowing red. I dunno

Fixxxer78,
You evidently had read his current post after he edited it for clarity per my suggestion. I under stood in his original post he had lowered the jet needle. That's a good reason not to refer to the circlip, but think in terms of lowering or raising the needle. Now that the original post was made clear it does make my reply to it incorrect, so thanks for clearing it up.
