Rev limiter
#2
a higher reving engine wouldn't be that good for a stock engine but get a sllip on and any jet kit and putting a high rev rev limiter would give you alot more power i just orderd white brothers e-seris slip on /srp +1000 rpm rev lmiter/and jet kit im picking them up monday cant wait

Depends on the condition of your engine:
Aftermarket ignition + New engine = Good
Aftermarket ignition + Tired engine = valve float.
Valve float + time = Burnt, or worse, BENT valves.
Also, as was already mentioned, a higher rev limit without opening the airbox and exhaust would be pointless, as the engine couldn't take advantage of the higher RPM's, due to airflow restrictions.
As for which mods to do, do a search on this forum, there are TONS of threads about this already.
