426 400ex bore kit?

Would it be worth my while to bore my '03 400ex to 426 for less than $150, not including shipping/handling? If so, should I pipe it first, and then wait a while to bore it..

might want to post this in the honda forums. but i dont think you would want to bore without the exhaust, go with an exhaust then maybe the bore later down the road...
