im hoping to get a 450R soon. just curious. whats the highest gear i can pull a clutchless wheelie in? like... my 300ex. i can pop a wheelie in 2nd without clutch. but in 3rd gear i can only get it up a little. how about the 450R?

I own a 450r and can get a wheelie up easily in 3rd gear and pretty much ride it forever lol. But im only 15 yrs old, i weigh 130, so if you weigh more you will most likely be able to git r up in 4th.

All gears and you really don't need to use the clutch all you have to do is keep the rpms up and she'll pop up anytime.

wow....never thought a quad could do that. now im really excited to get one.....considering the great step up.....going from a 300ex to a 450R.. i might have to take it easy (if i can without killing myself)

is there any videos of a 450 i could watch to see what its really like? i want to see this wheelie action.

The short swingarm has to do with a lot why the front comes up so easily. Most racers add a +1 to tame the front end.
