my ex wont start so i thought it might be the spark plug b/c it had been a while since i had been on it. so me and my buddy started trying to get the sparkplug out and it wasnt gonna happen and we were using the stock honda wrench. everyonce in a while it will try to start do you even think that it is my sparkplug. Also the tube that is underneath your fourwheeler and gas trickles out when you stand the fourwheeler up. gas has been coming out of there for a while now. Could use some help please

 

I think the tube is your carb overflow and this his normal that when you stand your 4wheeler the gaz flow of it.The gaz come from the carburator float.

 

Could that also be from the engine being flooded possibly?

 

replace the plug. when starting the 400ex, turn the choke on full and pump the throttle 5 or 6 times. then just hit the start button without hitting the gas anymore. our carbs have an accelerator pump and if you keep nailing the gas you will flood the bike.

 

Thanks for the help it turned out it was the sparkplug...i finally got it out...but i took some sand paper to it, b/c i didnt have any on hand and it started on the first crank but thanx for the help though.
