are air scoops for the 400ex a wise purchase?

I've got them on mive and the motor and it doesn't feel as hot beneath you, thats not very scintific but its enough for me. I'd tend to error on the safe side. It can't hurt.

They help the oil cooler get more air to cool the motor.
