I forgot my key this weekend and hotwired the ignition. It worked fine for a while but then she started to miss on the low end and then through out the entire throttle curve. Is the CDI bad or do I have a valve problem?

i bet the problem lies with something you messed with. make sure all wires have good connections. look over everything you touched.
