I just bought a new Rincon and live on a river.
What depth of water will the Rincon handle, before getter water into
the crank case or some other vital area.

Does frequent water crossing predispose to any types of wear or damage?

up to the seat depends on where your air intake is.... you can snorkle it also

 

Snorkle it and you should be good to go
