Slim to none because of the new emision laws that are coming out in the next year or 2. about the only chance there is now is if it is a motor like the one at this site, but that site is a couple of years old so you might as well look to the used market or aftermarket for anymore 2-strokes.
I hate to see the end of such an era as the 2-stroke era.

It could happen, but I'm not going to hold my breath. A few manufacturers have the technology or have at least worked on developing it, but personally I think it will be a while before anything is brought to market.

Honda wouldnt jepordize their huge company buy upsetting the EPA and other trree hugging hippies. As long as the $$$ is coming in dont expect any company to put their butts on the line by re-realing the 2-stroke. i widh they would though cuz the 250r is a blast!

Honda will waste that tech! They (Honda suits) have made the firm announcement that Honda motor division will never produce another 2 stroke motor.
That being said (And being narrow minded) I've boycotted all Honda products. I love my 250R, but that's old news...

Its really too bad, because technology is being developed to comply with the EPA regs, but it's in the snowmobile world, not ATVs or Bikes.

Maybe when all the other mfgs jump on the wagon, and are producing hard hitting 2 strokes again, Honda will have to compete, or get left behind... but I don't see that happening until the Market (Us folks with the $$$ in our pockets) demands a new more powerful lighter weight and more efficient/cleaner 2 stroke.

My $.02

How much would you be willing to pay for the top of the line everything???

It's coming but not from anybody you know.. The builder is probobly know as the best, but that is an opinion of course. When you find out you will probably agree,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,if you have ever heard of him.

The name of the quad will be the Blackwidow. http://www.blackwidowatv.com/news.html
If you want to know more ask him on his website. That's all the info I will give...
