Running rich-Rincon

Running rich-Rincon
The Rincon runs good but when I was doing the valve adjustment tonight, I pulled the spark plug and noticed it was real black from running too rich. The dealer put the jet kit in before I took it but shouldn't the air cleaner have been changed to a K & N or something to also allow it to take in more air?
