first i will tell you what it has and then you can decide.
it has a 2500 lb warn winch.
1 1/2" lift kit.
26x10x12" and 26x12x12" mud lite tires.
hand warmers and a thumb warmer.
hand gaurds.
metal skid plate with plow brakets.
i payed 1 year ago april 30th.

Welcome to reality.
I read an interesting article , only it was about autos, and resale value. The point of the article was that as more and more people get non technical, and have no idea whats under the hood or how basics work...the values drop, because no one can tell the difference between a well maintained auto and a totally used up car. Sad, but this drops all values, and penalizes those who take care of things. Youll be better off on your next quad to not take care of it, beat the living snot out of it, and dump it...and youll get the same price when you sell, as if you babied it and changed oil every week with synthetic oil.
Your only hope is to find someone who can appreciate the care you put into it...but the average guy on the street can read the price lists and will offer wholesale.
Just because you paid a certain amount, doesnt mean anything to the next guy...all he knows is that youre competing with with other rubis that are lower priced. And if the next guy isnt mechanically inclined, hes gonna go for the lowest price, not the best taken care of.
The advice is always the same...Youll have to keep lowering the price until it sells.

$8500 - $9000 is what you'll likely get for it. Vechicles depreciate alot in the first year of ownership so be prepaired for a loss. Luckilly ATV's and snowmobiles flatten out after 4 years or so and the resale remains about the same ulike cars where their price keeps dropping like a rock.

Better to start out too high, and need to go down, than start out too low, and sale it for a huge loss.
I don't know what the Canadian exchange rate is for US, but it sounds a little high to me. If I were buying it, I wouldn't pay extra for all the accessories. With the miles you have on it, the tires are probably near used up. In US currency, I would only expect about $4500 at the most. I noticed a brand new 04' at a dealer last week for only $4800, and that's with a warranty.

That does sound a bit high - you have to remember you always lose the tax. The next person has to pay it to the Govt. (if he claims the purchase) and what you paid does not matter. Plus you always need to look at what new ones are selling for, if I can get a new one for $1500 more I have to think hard about it. the extras are nice but dont rforget not everyone wants the same thing...
Good luck on selling it and I hope it all works out great for you.

im not sure on the canadians price but if it is in good condition start high and go down on price. Also, seems you havnt got any riding time with it anymore since you got the new kawy. How are you liking that 700 you have.

I would ask for no more than $8500 CND, but I'd settle for $8000 CND. I know that is low compared to what you're currently asking for it, but please realize that these are off-road machines. No matter how much you've taken care of it, people know it's been ridden off-road. Also, you can't count all the accessories you've added into the final price, it just doesn't work that way. Generally speaking, any accessory you pay for when you own the bike, is a total loss when you sell the bike.
By the way, why are you selling it?

well thanks for all the input and all the comments i will keep them in mind.
and just a note on the tires there still in grate shape and they still have over 1" of tread on them
and i dont think that it price will drop that much in one year from 11,200 down to 8,500.
i wont let it go for that low of a price (8000) ill keep it if nobody wants to pay more then that
also you are not requiered to regester your quad, so if you dont regester it you dont pay no tax.
and if you buy a new one you will pay tax no matter what.
and all the extras you will pay tax on also.
and if you cant put all the extras on you will pay someone to put them on for you and you will pay tax on that also.
so i guess i will keep it if i dont get close to what i want.
and as for the kawi i love it.
i have already put 600 miles on it since january.
thanks again.
