I won't argue with Mr. Cagle at all!
I run an FMF Fatty. It's a good bottom-end pipe and is also pretty inexpensive. A lot of people don't like it's color or finish. I'm happy with mine.
Trinity pipes suck! Trinity sucks! After the things they have done to my motors, I won't take a skateboard to them! I have happily removed a Trinity pipe from a friend's 250R and gave it to my Rottweiler to play with. . .and he didn't like it either!

If you go with a Fatty, be prepared for a mid-range pipe. I just bought one and it is coming back off. It is horrible for the woods, MX maybe fine, but if you ride woods, get a LOW END PIPE!
I am very dissappointed in the Fatty AND NAC'S SUGGESTED IT!!!

I have a LRD pipe on mine and like it alot. It's adjustable so you can set it for any type of riding.

I have to admit, I've seen pics of the LRD pipe. It does look a lot better than the FMF.

For a stock engine or modified? For a completely stock engine I would suggest a paul turner Midrange. For a modified a FMF H-42 SST pipe would work best. Take a look at the HP gain of the Old Fatty verses the LRD pipe at GT Thunder. Scroll down and see the difference. The New Fatty (Not SST) makes the same peak HP but makes it at a lower RPM with more Torque. I wrote GT thunder and they said that FMF changed it without changing the part # or even telling many people about it. Check out the graph of the LRD verses old fatty and then scroll down a little further and see the Paul Turner verses new and old Fatty pipes. The result are clear. For completely stock get a Paul Turner. And also check out the trinity verses LRD verses stock runs. The trinity has the same power curve but less power than LRD. The LRD is adjustable and that is nice but is a little down on power compare to the FMF pipes. But don't believe me go see for yourself.

The absolute best low end pipe around is a Bill's. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise! The FMF is a mid range. The adjustability of the LRD is nice, but you have to keep changing it to your liking. The Sparks is good for low end, but the Bill's is the absolute best low end pipe around.
