Dirtwheels listed the 300EX at 52 mph. The Blaster at 54 mph. The TrailBlazer at 51 mph.

 

they are faster than the 400ex







in reverse!

 

I've got a 94 300ex and clocked mine near 60mph, but that was with a small guy on it. As far as Quadfather there...I am not sure where you got that info, but I used to race with some guys on blasters(drag),just for fun mind you, he would get me on the start but I used to get him on the top end. This was stock. Fast, upgrade sprockets and get a little more.

 

Dirtwheels did a shootout between entry level quads. They chose the 300EX, the Blaster, and the TrailBlazer. They listed the top speeds as I listed them above.

 

I know that no one will belive me but, I weigh 125 and am 5,7. My 300ex has a k&n power kit and a supertrapp IDS2 pipe (my cobra blew out) and i had it going over 100km on a paved road you just have to have a large enough area and you have to give it time to completely gather speed.
