Tie rod or bent frame or something else, is it easy to bend the frams on these machines and how easy is it to fix, i can't belive i did it.

 

What kind of quad? And what did u hit? I would say it would take quite a bit of force to bend the frame. But it could happen especially if your luck is like mine If i had to guess it probably just bent the tie rod, yes they can be straightened. A press is the best way i have found to straighten the tie rods, depending on how bad they are bent.

 

Did you hit something first then flip or what? My friend bent his a-arm hitting something by accident and the quad pulls wicked bad to the right now.
