300ex leaks fuel from carb
#1
When i have the quad idling or just sitting with the fuel valve in the on position, gas leaks ont the ground from the overflow in the floatbowl. I took the carb apart, and with the fuel valve on checked the needle valve and it seemed to stop the gas flowing into the floatbowl. Just wondering if anyone has seen this problem...also my right front wheel locks up harder than my left one, i cleaned the pads and bled the brakes, are there any adjustments i can do?

If it leaks while just sitting you either have a float that is sticking or the needle valve isn't stopping the fuel. Next time it's sitting there leaking, pickup the front end of the quad and drop it a time or two. If the leak stops, the float is sticking in the open position.
If one brake is locking up harder than the other you may have a caliper that is going bad. The weaker one may be more of a possible culprit than the other.

anyway what i did was take off the main fuel line(the one from the tank to the carb, at the carb) i opend the drain screw on the bowl, and took an air blowoff tool and hit it with about 125psi of air did it 3 times till no more gas was coming out , then put a fuel filter on the gas line, and haven't had an issue since
