Just have a question for my fellow 400ex Buds!!! Out the door what did you pay for your beast!! There is some guy in the Yamaha forum saying his friend bought a 400 and paid over 7000.00!!! and tacked on there normal bashing on Honda's and ect... I wanted to post this topic for 3 possible reason!!! 1: to say that his dealer gave his friend a real f**king
2: it wasn't a real smart thing to do, to pay over 7000.00 for the 400
3: Or the person that told you or you telling me are full of sh*t
I paid 5800.00 out the door (new) and still can get that price for a 2001

$5550 out the door, then had to pay 5% tax when I liscensed it (bought out of state)
