anyone make exhaust and other parts for this quad? i realy need some stuff to make it faster

Aftermarket for the 400EX? There are literally hundreds of manufacturers making stuff for it.

I have an EHS Racing airbox lid, FMF PowerBomb Header, FMF PowerCoreIV Muffler, and UNI Air Filter.

And, don't neglect the suspension. People always want to make their bike "go faster", but what they really end up doing is making the bike to fast for its stock suspension. I run Works Performance Steelers with Reservoirs in front, and Ultracross in back.

 

recon rander hows the powerbomb header can you tell a diference??

 

so any trx 400ex will fit on the sportrax400ex?

 

There were no changes in the 400EX, up until 05.

I put the header and muffler on at the same time, so I can't say what the header does independent of the muffler.
