Need Helicoil for 2005 300ex

Glad to hear you purchased a torque wrench.
If you plan on keeping the 300, re-tapping would seem to be the
best remedy for your fubar oil change. If you are going to
un-load it say for a street bike or the like...JB or the helicoil
should work fine.
The best $40 bones you could spend is @

thanks for all the input...i was under the impression that a helicoil was the best way to go...well its on my way to parts store to see what size the drain plug is and buy the right tap set! cant wait fort he torque wrench to come in!
