I think that you just wasted money on a new stem. The stem is not the casue or fix for your problem. LIke they said the problem is with the front end most likey. These are the parts that you most likey will need to replace. You need to trace down the problem that is causing the vibration. This vibration is not caused by the steering stem. Most likey it is a tierod or ball joint that is bad.

haha well since im getting all this e-mail from ppl replying to this post, heres an update. The steering stem was alittle bit bent from when the guy flipped it, the bearing was very bad in it, so bad that it just fell apart. The bushings were ok but i replaced the stem, bearing, and the rubber bushings. Now its great. With the front works shocks also, its really good. Thanks for all your help guys.
